I hope you can help…since I installed McAffee Virus Scan Pro on my Win98
desktop its been a mess and now besides being incredibly slow it keeps
showing the following error message whenever I try to print:

Internet Explorer script error
Line: 228
Char: 1
error: Incompatible Version of the RPC Stub
Code 0
URL: res://C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\SHDOCLC.DLL/preview.dlg

Followed the MS resolution instructions and I can’t seem to find the
iepeers.dll file on my WIN98 disk and obviously can't register it.

I was able to rename the file in MD DOS to iepeers.old, but I can’t extract
a new one or register anything.

HELP!

and any suggestions on speeding up my PC would be appreciated.
