Hello,
I have had an ongoing problem with my internet browser for the past 3
months. I will log onto my laptop (has XP on it) and it will say there is an
internet connection. Everything is fine, I am able to go to webpages and log
onto chat. However that isn't the case after about 5 minutes. All of the
sudden each URL page is displaying the message "this page cannot be
displayed" but shows I still have the internet connection. If I restart the
computer, I will again be able to surf the net but only for a few minutes
again. I checked with my internet company (Rogers) and they comfirmed that I
still have the internet connection and I was recieving pings from websites.
So everything was fine with that and they told me to contact Microsoft about
the browser. I am at my wits end with this and am hoping for some help!!
