Hi,

When open IE 6.0, sometimes the webpage occupies the whole screen, but
sometimes it only occupies about 3/4 of it, why is that? Any commends?

You need to fill the 3/4 full screen and save it so that it will open
with a full screen in the future.

Run your cursor (mouse) along the edge of the indented part of the
screen until a double headed arrow appears. Left click the arrow and
drag the screen until it fits the window. Close the window by pressing
Ctrl. and X (Close button) simultaneously.
