I had one of those automated download windows come up, the one with the
checkbox that says "Trust all software from XXX", If checked that box,
how do I un-do it?

In IE go to Tools...Internet Options...Content tab, Publishers button,
Trusted Publishers tab, click on the entry to highlight it, click the Remove
button.
