Forgot how to have the IE icon show on an XP desktop.
I don't want a short cut to IE, but rather the option to go to the Internet
Option by right mouse clicking on the icon.

Control Panel> Display> Desktop> Customize Desktop> Check Internet Explorer
to put the icon back on the desktop.

Thank you. It used to be an option in the Internet Options - Advance, but I
forgot about the customize Desktop
That does it.
