Removing click sound from IE

Is there a way to remove the "click sound" from IE. I have checked in the
Sounds settings in the Control Panel and the Internet Options but can't seem
to find any reference to it. When viewing online training that uses Quick
Time video it clicks all the time and is distracting.
TIA,
Gregg

I believe the click is from the Explorer>Start Navigation setting in Control
Panel under sounds.
