How can I edit the many options shown when I right click whilst using ie6

You cannot edit the standard ones but if you have extras that you want
to remove....
Start-Run-Regedit.
Navigate to this key and see if your offending item is there in the
list of sub-keys. If so, then remove it.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt
