problem: When using IE 6.latest, surfing web, logging into websites --
occasionally a window may pop up then slowly fade away after about 3-5
seconds (even with the pop-up blocker turned off). My question is "What is
doing that and how can i stop it FROM doing that?"

Config: XP Pro, IE 6.latest, all updates for XP (and everything else),
McAffee software package (virus scanner, etc.). It started happening several
updates ago (i believe) and not sure what is controlling the window fading?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
