Hi forum members:
I've been having problems with the control mentioned above, I contacted
Support but their answers doesn't resolve the problem. The issue is that when
I'm prompted to download the control it seems to download it and I see the
Smiley face but whe I try to go to a group chat of which I'm a member it gets
stuck and doesn't allow me to enter the chat, I have tried everything from
allowing pop ups to resetting on Internet Options. Nothing has worked.
I would appreciate any help

IE 6
AMD Athlon XP 2600
