ISO will not boot after fixing boot ini

I have several ISO CDROM Systems that no longer boot after fixing boot
ini. anybody help.
NOTE: These ISO Systems still work on my win ME.

Whether, or not, a CD will boot is a function of the bios and the CD itself.
It has nothing to do with the boot.ini structure.
