Hi,

I think (meaning that i'm not sure) that some of the file use by internet
explorer are corrupted. Since i'm unable to do an update from that station
and since i'm unable to install another version of IE. I've got only one
solution and it is to force de uninstallation of IE.

So my question is simple: How can i force the uninstallation of IE ... so
that I can reinstall IE? And please dont tell me that I've got to format and
re-install windows !!!

Thanks

I've already tried that but all it's seam to do is that it will remove IE
from the main menu BUT it wont uninstall IE ... I've seen not to long ago
that there was a command or something we must do in the registry to uninstall
IE.

Any clue on what the command might be ?

How to Reinstall or Repair IE6 and OE6:
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=318378

Although written for WinXP, it works for all Windows
operating systems 98 or newer.

If you are using WinXP/SP2, and it was not already on your
computer from the factory, you will have to remove SP2 first.

How to remove SP2:
