I have Windows XP Professional. My problem; I can go to any web sites on the
Internet Explorer but when I try to download updates for my DSL browser, it
will not download. The page stops at the Activation page. No Security Warning
Window comes up like it's surposed to. I notice when I download this, the
Flag in the upper right hand corner stops. I have turned off all the
Anti-Virus's and the Firewall also.Please help!
