We have an internal web-app running at my office.
All our monitors are 17" running at 1280x1024 with "Large" fonts on Windows
2000 for easier viewing. The problem is that when we print information from
this app, the text comes out really small on the page. Conversely, when we
set the fonts to "small", the text prints out larger and more legibly.
This doesn't happen when we print on an XP machine. The developers of the
software are saying it's a bug in 2000 that was fixed in XP. Is there any
truth in this? Is there anything we can do to fix this - it's driving our
users potty!
