Prevent Access to Emails

Dear all,
I created an account for my Outlook Express 6 for storage of confidential
emails
complete with password-access. However, i discovered that people still can
access my emails by searching through the folders. (Usually found in
Documents and Settings/All Users/......) They can just copy and paste the
*.dbx files and paste into the correct folder in another PC. And they can
read from there onwards. Can this problem be countered?
Please advise.

Password-protect your Windows Profile.
Your identity's store is not located in %windir%\Documents and Settings\All
Users unless you moved it there.

Sorry the *.dbx files are stored in the following location:
C:\Documents and Settings\Force\Local Settings\Application

Express
HOw to password protect My windows profile? Please note that the windows
