i hav a domain environment ...recently i hav noticed tht my domain users
cannot shut down there p.c`s the shutdown option is just disappeard ...
there is only one option showing is tht of logoff.....
and wen i login the system wid the administrator password ...the shutdown
option reappers again.. i hav tried putting the domain user as a power user
too but tht didnt work as well .

install tweakUI on each comp and use the settings for who can see and use
what parts of the menues that you want them to see or use...
