When I search the Support Knowledge base at
http://search.support.microsoft.com/search/?adv=1&spid=1173 , often I get
always the same page of same results whatever keywords I typed and it has no
link with the keywords typed.
Can you help ?

That's not the case because in "settings" of "temporary internet files", I
changed for "check for newer versions of stored pages" from "automatically"
to "every visit of the page", then I deleted the cookies and the temporary
internet files and I had the same problem.
Sometimes it works and sometimes it's always the same set of results with no
link to my keywords.

It seems that you are showing us a truncated result URL.
E.g. the next parameter should be &query= with whatever
your current query (entered in the For: input box) is.

You say "has no link with the keywords typed".
Does it at least show you the changed &query= value
in the Address bar?

Also, when you click on the [Search (KB)] link in the result page's
menu bar (or click on [Advanced Search] do you go back here

http://search.support.microsoft.com/search/?adv=1

and see your new query there in the For: box too?

If not you may have a problem with Cookies.
