i click on a link and the new browser window starts to open and then
dissapears i have turn off all popup blockers but this problem still accures
i have also turned off my norton internet security 2004 still accures any
suggestions ?

(re-register all DLLs listed in this KB article)

Installing the latest Cumulative Patch for IE may solve the problem as a
side-effect. Check in at Windows Update.

still not working after accumalitive pack update i had to do system restore
now i can not access several webpages.
