In some cases (about 25% of the time) when I click on something that is a
free download, I do *NOT* get the choice to OPEN / SAVE or CANCEL. (The
free download just OPENS automatically for me, which is not what I want.)
The other 75% of the time, I *do* get the choice to OPEN or SAVE or CANCEL.

I run Win XP Home w/SP2. On the same pages, other people *DO* get the
choice to OPEN / SAVE / CANCEL.

Any thoughts on what is causing this?
