Is there a way to get rid of these annoying mouse pointer popups in Internet
Explorer? It's especially annoying when the pointer is over a picture.

Hi,

If you are referring to tool-tips, it would seem the only way
to remove them is through a registry edit. This being the case,
please provide your Operating System so I may refer you to the
correct patch or procedure.

Scroll down to Mulltimedia and uncheck the Image Toolbar.
