want to know how i can keep my home page url in tack. url has been
login.Passport.net/uilogin.srf?id=2. Now it is
login.passport.net/uilogon.srf?lc=1033&id=2&vv=30. Dont know why it changed.
This is a very slow opening page. When i type in the old url the new one
comes up. Have run lavasoft, microsoft antispyware, cleared all with norton
and i can get back to original homepage with some luck, but after a few
minutes it reverts back to the new slow page. Any options aside from
redoing the whole system and reloading wnxp?

http://login.Passport.net/uilogin.srf?id=2 automatically resolves to
http://login.passport.net/uilogin.srf?lc=1033&id=2&vv=30 now, Tom. WYSIWYG.

sorry dont understand WYSIWYG? yes it does resolve to that and it is quite
quite slow compared to the other url. why would it change and resolve to the
new url while im just looking around on the computer? I take it not much can
be done about it.

Understand that your home page is still
http://login.Passport.net/uilogin.srf?id=2. However, when you open an IE
window the connection takes you to (resolves to)
http://login.passport.net/uilogin.srf?lc=1033&id=2&vv=30.
You'll have to ask MSN/Hotmail and/or .NET Passport why they changed it.
