I think it is related to the use of CSS in my page, but
not sure. I resize my page to tall, but as narrow as
possible, and it freezes up. I have to kill the window to
continue. Perhaps something in my style sheet? Anyone
seen anything like this before?

Suzy,
It sounds like a calculation loop of some kind. I'd be looking at the
css or javascript which deals with width/height measurements. If you provide
an example (link / source), I will investigate.
