IE Bug reporting

I have identified a bug in IE 6 sp1 regarding Javascript prototype/array
handling. I can probably track this down in a few hours and submit a fairly
accurate report.
The questions:

If I do this, where should I submit it?
If I submit it will it get fixed?

I just want to know if I am wasting my time....

Hi,
Considering that work on IE7 is underway, this may be the right time to
report a bug. On this page http://support.microsoft.com/contactus/?WS=Wish
there's a link for bug reporting (phone- not e-mail)

Q. Will it get fixed?
A. It will be looked at. No guarantees. ;-)

From a Microsoft document related to bug reporting:
"If you are reporting abnormal behavior, please make sure that you can
consistently reproduce the problem and define what the normal behavior
should be."

It sounds like you can do this.

Would you be willing to ping me offline?
