I noticed that my NAV was not runnng it's scheduled scans. When I checked it
out it seems I had to assign a password to my user account in order to
schedule any tasks. Don't rememeber doing this in the past. Anyway when I go
into Control Panel, User Account I can't open it. Nothing happens when I
click on User Account icon. ANy ideas??
