Can someone tell me how I can transfer photos sent to me via email (no
attachments) to a file that can be downloaded to a CD so I can have prints
made?

I have searched and played and can't seem to figure this out. Thank you.

Have you tried Right Clicking the image and saving to your computer so you
can copy to disk?

What email program?

If you have no useful help to offer then go away and stop being a waste of
