somehow my computer will not give me the option to rotate pix by file >
rotate or on the side in the folder the top option named - Picture Tasks -
is no longer there, is there a way to turn this back on without restoring all
defalts to the folder, this is on my bosses computer at work so I really dont
want to screw it up if ya know what I mean :)

Thanks Amy

Here's a simple fix you can try:

If you previously checked "In the future do not
show me this dialog box" when a dialog warned
about the possibility of reducing the quality of
your images, the following fix may restore your
option to rotate.

Open a picture in the Windows Picture And Fax
Viewer. Hold down the Ctrl key and left click the
X in the top right corner of the window.

If that did not restore your option to rotate...

Try this:

go to...Start / Run and type:

"REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL"
(without the quotes)(Yes, there's
a space between 2 and S)

Click...OK.

A dialog box should report the following:

"DllRegisterServer in SHIMGVW.DLL succeeded"
