Moving a Picture

I have scanned a picture and have saved it in My Pictures. I would like to
post it on a website I belong too. I was wondering if someone could tell me
how to do this?
Thank You very much.

Usually the web site has it's own upload tool or set of directions. You most
likely will need to use your photo editing software to size the photo to
something appropriate for web viewing. A common mistake that many people
make is uploading full size photos.
