I've had this for a long time and upgraded even then about 2 weeks ago I had
my jukebox open and it stated that I need to download new version ever since
the it won't work. all music in library is gone and when I can open it I
can't burn says cd burner not connected and it works for i used it on other
things can you please advise me what to do

Download and upgrade with the latest version.

I've never had any luck with their upgrades; I've always had to re-install a
new version.

If you follow Byte's advice, and do a new full installation, be sure to
clean all remnants of your *previous* versions first. Since you say your
library has been wiped already, there's no loss, and this may save you some
headaches.
