MusicMatch 10 problem

I upgraded to jukebox 10 frrom 9 and when I try to burn a CD I receive a
message cannot locate CD/DVD Drivers. Everything worked fine before the
upgrade. I have contacted tech support and still waiting.

Click My Computer icon on desktop and look under Devices with Removable
Storage to see if the CD/DVD is listed. If not, it needs to be reinstalled,
if
it is listed, rightclick it and click Properties>Recording tab. Then check
the
block "Enable recording on this device". Click Apply and OK.
Note: To reinstall it you'll probably need your utility disks that came with
your PC when you purchased it. If you have no disks, you'll have to access
the manufacturers website and download the drivers (they are free).
