For some reason my sound seems to be 'slow' somewhat. Like if i open up
internet explorer while playing music or doing anything other than playing
music, it slows way down and almost sounds like it skips. Even when i'm not
doing other stuff, it like cuts out a bit every couple seconds. If someone
could help that' d be great

That's like why I joined this group...

As far as I have figured out myself, it may be a matter of codecs
(conflicts, settings) or drivers of "real" hardware. One or more needles in
one or more haystacks.

A bit of a work-around: try different players.
