Not, I'm afraid. Unless you can perform a System Restore (in XP accessible
through System Information), but be aware of the implications!

If it is a visual matter you dislike, you may be able to change it.
Refer to the Help file of WMP10, section "Customizing the Player".

You could try add/remove programs area this will rollback media player to the
next most recent version.
