IE TRAY
I am so tried of removing this threat. IE TRAY(Brower modifier)
I'm removed it 30 time out of 41 scans. If I do an immediate scan after
removing it it is not there. Just give it a little time and it is back.
I've scan with nav (updated) spybot, ccleaner spyblaster, Microsoft antivirus
(beta) Ad-ware SE have done it several times in safe mode. You name it I've
tried it. Turned off system restore to delete restore points thinking that
it could be coming from there. After deleting restore points turned it back
on. A lot of times when I click within a program to got else where to a
follow up my pc freezes up and I need to use tsk Man. to get out of it.
Was wondering if some kind soul out there in cyber space could be so kind as
to help me out. I'm very fluctuated.
Thanks jess

Hi,
Try the removal instructions at:
http://www.doxdesk.com/parasite/IETray.html
http://www.spyany.com/program/article_spy_rm_IETray.html
http://www3.ca.com/securityadvisor/pest/pest.aspx?id=453076077
Backup (export) the registry before editing. Or create a System Restore
point.
Hope this helps,
Don

Thanks for your input Don,
But I am a novice and am afraid to go into the reg. All info I'm read is to
not go there unless you know what you are doing and I certainly don't . I
did make a copy of each site and instructions on the removal will try to
find a knowledgeable person to help me
Your help was greatly appreciated.
Thanks again
Jess
