I have a sony analogic camcorder,and i need a software to make it work with
windows xp.
Is there somebody who can suggest me some good software?

How so? I mean really, I'm no expert, but how do you want it to work? You're
in a Messenger group and as far as I know (and there may actually have been
someone out there who's done this so I'm happy to admit that I may be
mistaken) you can't connect and use a camcorder as a webcam... Maybe if you
have video out on your camera and a video in card but unless you've a method
to directly (even Wi-Fi will work I suppose) connect the PC to the camera
you're not even going to get started on this track.
