Do I need to run the FASTW for each user on a pc or will it backup all users
by being run once?

What are you talking about? Files and Settings Transfer Wizard is used to
copy things from one drive to another - not as a backup.

Needs to be run for each user. Log on with the account that you want FAST
to work with. Then run it.

Or better still use USMT (just download it from Microsoft for free, same
sort of thing but for more large scale migrations) which will allow you
to migrate the lot in one hit, or even better still spend lots of money
and get Altiris and use PCT.
