How can system updates be uninstalled (even if I get 0xC000021A error)

Is there a way to uninstall system updates?

Do those NtUninstallKBXXX entries in c:\windows have some option to
uninstall them?

My system refuses to boot and like to uninstall the latest entries if
it will help in some way.

Hello,
If you can boot safe mode it would be preferable to uninstall them there.
If not you can boot to the recovery console and uninstall them using the
batch command.
each folder should contain a spuninst folder with an spuninst.txt file in
it.
In recovery console you can run batch spuninst.txt.
This works similar to a batch file uninstall.
You have to do each one individually.
Thanks,
