HELP!!
I am trying to upgrade to Windos xp but I get the blocking issue : Shared Fax
Client. I cannot find this file in add/remove programs so where do I go?

I am not great with pc's so pleade be clear? e.g. I'm not sure how to find a
server name, so if I need it, where do I find the info?
