How would I put the XP setup boot file with the CD? I have a Setup CD that
has no boot file. I also has 6 floppy disk with file that boot to the Setup
Screen. Is there any way I can put these file onto my Setup CD to make it
bootable?

All Windows XP installation CDs are already bootable.
You must open your BIOS and set the CD Drive as the
first bootable device.

Actually - the more accurate way to put that would be:

"All 'original' Windows XP Installation CDs are already bootable *if* you
have a system that has a selection in the BIOS that allows you to boot from
said device."

(and with XPs requirements - I hope you do.)

As for the 'original' part - with many people trying their hand at
integration/slipstreaming - it is possible this is a person who did not read
carefully/realize how to make a bootable Windows XP CD.
