Greetings -

I am using RIS to deploy Windows XP images. I attempted to run RIPREP to
create a new image and received the following error message.

"The RIS server to which you are attempting to post this installation does
not contain the correct CD-based image. The version of the CD-based image on
the server must match the version of the system you are attempting to image
[Version 5.1 Build 2600, Language English]. Please either select a different
RIS server to post this installation to or add the corresponding CD-based
image to the current RIS server."

Now, on this particlar PC (Dell Optiplex GX280), I created the base XP image
using RIS and then installed SP1 and all my other configurations &
applications.

I'm guessing that the error is occuring because my base XP image on the
server does not include SP1, but the new image that I'm trying to create
does. Is that a valid assumption? If so, then what should I do to correct the
situation?

Thanks In Advance,
Casey
