[pinkstormemma]

Can anyone help me help my sister? She has used her new pc for months now
without problems. Now whenever she switches on it say "This programme is not
fully installed-please run set up again. She clicks "OK" but then nothing.
Any ideas what this programme might be and how to resolve this? Thanks
