Please advice me on how I can use the single copy of XP Professional I have
purchased to set up all six systems in my office as a WORKGROUP.
I dont imagine I'll have to buy 6 copies of XP professional.
Is there some kind of licence I have to buy that allows me genuinely use 1
copy for set up on multiple systems

You must purchase a Windows XP license for each installation.
