i have used this printer for 2 years now and it has worked absolutely fine
until i installed service pack 2 now it wont print and tries to reload itself
every time i turn my computer on. So i uninstalled the printer and am now
having hell of a job reinstalling it on to my computer. each time i try to
use the samsung programme to reload it tells me

F:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not suitable for running
MS-DOS and Microsoft windows aplications. chose close to terminate aplication

Don't panic, you've just lost one single file.
