invisible hard drives

I just install three hard drive with xp sp 2. I can see the hd when I look
at device manager, but only one shows up when I go to my computer.

Help?

I'm guessing that these are ATA drives connected to IDE
controllers. If that's the case, you might want to try the
following:

Go to Start -> Run and enter diskmgmt.msc in the Open box.
Click OK.
Do they show up in the lower section?
If they do, you will now need to partition and format these
drives.

one of them is, the other is a scsi. I'll check it out tomorrow when I get
back to that computer.
