I don't know where to begin. Small company [20 networked computers], just
started with XP. I have been designated IT person [I'm sure there's no raise
involved..]

Need to perform the 3 following things:

Add network component HPJETADMIN

Make the last drive letter available for assignment be Q

Take the system and hidden attributes off of some files

I do not know how to do this.

Go to a big bookstore and browse and buy a couple books. I'm partial
to O'Reilly and the XP Annoyances series (www.ora.com)

There are many ways to hook up a network printer and you're going have
to pick one. I like LPR/LPRD for small company networks. XP and w2k
support it nicely, as does any jetadmin interface made in the last 6
years, at least.

Don't blame me. I voted for Gore.
