Windows XP SP2 Install Error : " Your Product Key was not Valid "

I installed Windows XP Professional Edition. I dowsnload and install the
Widows XP Sp2, But it displays : " The Product Key was not valid".

Please Help me! How To Sove This Problem. I saw in the Product Support
Center, My Product Key Is Valid But This is Expired. They Ask Charge For
Support.

Please Tell The Answer.......
