I found the following regarding creating a network install boot disk. Does
this apply to XP also and if not what modifications do I need to make or
please post link to instructions for XP. TIA

That is a DOS network boot floppy. Yes, you can install X86 Windows that
way, using Winnt.exe - but it isn't a very good way to do it - it's not very
performant. You would be better served to use WinPE if it is available to
you, or use RIS (See Windows 2000 Server or Windows Server 2003 help).
