hi i am new to the forum...

i installed a new web cam and when i go to tool and web cam settings i
get a msg saying camera is either in use by another program or not
plugged in..

i have tried re installing etc but allways come up with the same msg.
i do get picture when i use the audio/video tuning wizard.

when i was installing software it had a warning that driver wasnt
digitally signed.

before this web cam i had a logitech that worked. so i dont know what
is going on with this one.

any help would be appreciated..
