The big key is that the XP Lite OS will not support OFFICE
or other local apps, it is intended for LANs with server
based applications.

Yep, read the review of the product on either PC Mag or PC
World, don't remember which now. The blurb was that it was
for work-stations that a large company wants to update for
security reasons without having to do hardware upgrades.
