Hello all,
I have a pc that has XP Pro installed. I had Symantec Corp edition
Version 8 installed. However, due to how it slows down my pc and I dont want
to pay for the renewal fee, I am attempting to change from Symantec to the
E-trust AV from CA.
I know there is another Post concerning similar errors. However on boot
after removing symantec and Loading E-trust 7, I get
"multiple_irp_complete_requests
0x00000044" on a blue screen of death. If I reboot and use the Last working
boot then pc comes back but the real time scanner is off. I believe this
issue has to do with some part of symentec still trying to load at same time
as E-trust, however, I have even used Symantec's own manual uninstall and
removed all that I can find symantec, and its still happening, HELP!!
