Hi,

I have a problem in that when I go to my inbox for windows messenger
it goes to my normal email address not my hotmail address. is there a
way to overcome this.

Add-In support was removed with Windows Messenger 4.7.3000 (which is what SP2 comes with).
In order to have the Hotmail functionality back you'll need to downgrade back to Windows
Messenger 4.7.2009:

and use the Add-In here:

or just use MSN Messenger instead:
