We have just started to migrate our RIS server which was in it's own forest
previously into our production environment which has a empty domain above the
domain the RIS server is going. While installing the RIS service it errored
out authorizing DHCP because I am not an Enterprise Admin. No Enterprise
Administrator will authorize the server unless they understand why. Can
anyone tell me what RIS is changing that requires the highest authority in
the domain?
