I have lost the 'User Accounts' function in the control panel in both safe
and normal modes. I have been using Ultra wincleaner for housekeeping and had
a failed sp2 upgrade recently. I recovered from the sp2 upgrade by using
remove software in safe mode as opposed to restore because that didn't work
either. I am also left with three sp2 hotfixes.
Any ideas
